BODY TRANSFORMATION THRU EXERCISE TO TONE – NORTH AMERICA

  • Ripstix Ignite Pre-Workout – take 20 – 30 min before workout
  • Ripstix hydrate during Workout
  • Ripstix Recover Post-Workout – take 20 – 30 min after workout

WEIGHT LOSS – NORTH AMERICA

  • First thing in the morning – XM3 on empty stomach
  • Smart Mix – 30 minutes later
  • Breakfast – Chocolate plant protein with water
  • Lunch – salad or sandwich
  • Afternoon – dried fruits and nuts and water
  • Dinner – chicken and salad
  • Before bed – once a week prior to bed – Premium Tea

BODY TRANSFORMATION THRU EXERCISE TO TONE – EUROPE

  • Morning – Supermix – (Core of Zija’s nutrition)
  • Before workout – XM+ or an XMAM tab – for energy and pre workout nutrients to help sustain the workout
  • Post workout – Prime 90 shake or Moringa Plant Protein shake – to help aid in the recovery after the workout and replace nutrients. It helps to repair muscle after the workout.
  • 2x per week before bed – about 1 hour before bed – Zija Premium tea for detoxing and to help keep stomach flat
